My parents and I visited for my Dad's birthday - he fed 2 cats (the stunning Puna and Neron I believe) and my Mum and I watched and joined the tour. We booked in the black friday deal and got 20% off… Full review by Georgie U

We stayed in a lodge. We were very well fed, all the staff were super friendly. The lodge was clean, warm and very comfortable. Don't think they could have done anymore to improve our stay. Brilliant… Full review by Julie A

You can book experiences (hand feeds, lodge stays etc) most days but it’s not open to the public in the same way a zoo would be normally. They have a few open days each year when you can book tickets without paying for an experience. They’re in July this year. Details on their website under events then open days.
