You can book experiences (hand feeds, lodge stays etc) most days but it’s not open to the public in the same way a zoo would be normally. They have a few open days each year when you can book tickets without paying for an experience. They’re in July this year. Details on their website under events then open days.

The tour sticks fairly closley to the time limit, I think. They might go past 1pm a bit but by then you should have been shown around, I'd have thought.
