Trehanoo annexe is situated in Polzeath on the beautiful North Cornwall coast. It is the perfect welcoming accommodation to enjoy this famous holiday area. Trehanoo Annexe is a small bungalow with open plan kitchen/sitting room with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 arm chairs and a kitchen table and chairs. A flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. One double bedroom with a small 4' bed, one twin room with 3' bunk beds and a sofa bed in the sitting room with a new pocket sprung mattress. The bathroom has an electric shower over a short bath, heated towel rails, WC and sink. It has wall mounted electric heaters throughout. Trehanoo annexe is set in a quiet secluded garden with a high hedge for privacy. A patio area with sturdy table and chairs, and a gated entrance with the car parking for 2 cars. There is a lawned area off the annexe and another lawned area next to the parking area. There are rural views from the south facing windows in the kitchen and sitting room areas to the moors beyond.
