Hilltown in Dundee, Scotland, is a mainly residential area to the north of the City Centre and lying to the south of the main circular road. In the 2001 census the population was 9,337, by 2011 the census recorded 6,408 following major demolition of 1960s and 70s council built multi storeys and 6-in-a-block flats.
