Extremely unhelpful opening hours, closing at 4 pm (but they were already switching off the lights and packing up at 3.30 when I attended). Theoretically an ideal place to get a cup of tea and a scon… Full review by Derek Smith

We did the Tolkien tour today. Would highly recommend, really knowledgeable guide Ash made it interesting and funny. Lovely gift shop and museum, the pizza was excellent too! Full review by Samantha Kate Woolley
