I will suggest you for one night stay at Kausani, which is about 30 km from Bageshwar. Start early in the morning from Delhi. On your way to Kausani, visit Baijnath Temple of Bageshwar. It will take an hour around (Believe me, there is nothing to do in Bageshwar except this temple) . Then head towards Kausani and visit Shawl factory. On next day visit Tea Garden at morning and head towards Gandhi Anasakti Ashram. You can easily return to Delhi on that day.
