This area is being redone. Everything is tore up and the cobblestones will be relaid in the future. Will probably look nice when finished. Full review by O5107OKritak

Since it was closed, we walked along the walkway. Nice place to take photos of the Mississippi River. Since it was cold didn't get close to the water. Bet its a better place when it is warmer temps … Full review by matjaz2002
