Cockayne Hatley is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Wrestlingworth and Cockayne Hatley, in the Central Bedfordshire district of the ceremonial county of Bedfordshire, England, 13 miles east of the county town of Bedford. The population in 2007 was approximately 75 with 33 houses.
