We so enjoyed our time at the lighthouse: great views, sounds of the ocean and birds, and learning more about the history of the lighthouse. We loved finding the burrowing birds too! So cute ! Full review by Joette N
Can you get to the cliff and see the view even when the lighthouse is closed or is the road and area entirely blocked when it’s closed?

You can see it from the lookout point. If you want to get close it has to be open. But it wasn’t worth it in my opinion. To pay the fee, and it was so crowded.
