Beautiful beach with easy access from the free parking area. Bathrooms are right at the boardwalk to the beach and the beach is quite long, providing plenty of space for everyone!Full review by Betty J

Beautiful beach full of soft sand and a row of shells where the water crashes. Many little shark teeth were found and a blast was had. Very relaxing area.Full review by 1970DMacK

There is a public boat launch on the bay side. Go over the Albee Street bridge--turn right, take an immediate right and go over another very small bridge and there is a boat launch there.

I don't believe they do; however - go to walmart and get a cheap one - probably cost less than a one day rental. Nokomis Beach is beautiful because of its lack of tacky touristy shops, rentals, highrises, etc. Well worth the trip for anyone!
