HI, The HOHO is a double decker bus and it does get very windy and very noisy going over the bridge. I guess you could sit down stairs but its not as much fun. I would assume that there is room to store the pram. IT also got very hot and we actually came away with sun burn and that was in march so take a hat and cover up. There are no seat belts and no baby car seats to strap a child in. I guess you have to ask yourself could you hold a wriggly child for several hours? I think the tickets are valid for 24 hours so you could break the city down over a couple of days.My advice would be go ahead and enjoy SF as much as you can and the baby might sleep though most of it any way!
