Yes, like everyone said it’s a conservation center inland from cha am and hua hin. They are rehabilitating animals as small as otters, reptiles and puppies to animals like bears, elephants and orangutans. They have a wide range of bird, ape, and monkeys. It’s a wonderful experience
Hi, what is the best way to get to the sanctuary from Bangkok. We have already booked our stay and visit to the sanctuary and chose to get our own method of transportation. Looking for suggestions. Many thanks

I would absolutely book their transport option, it’s a good couple of hours from Bangkok and as far as I know there are no public transport out there, you could hire a car and drive yourself …
I would absolutely book their transport option, it’s a good couple of hours from Bangkok and as far as I know there are no public transport out there, you could hire a car and drive yourself or take a taxi but for piece of mind, comfort and safety I would get WFFT to arrange the transport, it’s a private care so very comfortable. Our driver even stopped for drinks and snacks on the way home to help avoid the Bangkok traffic.

Best to book on their website. Although they say no Cash machine, I actually paid the balance there via machine. May be worth a call or email to confirm. Enjoy your trip!
Hi, how much is a general donation for the elles, and how much of that donation goes to them. Is there a chart that shows where the donations go? Also, where do the visitors go during lunch break? Thank you very much as we're looking to go there in September.

Not sure of how the money is distributed as it is all run by volunteers. Lunch is included and held where you first meet

They say wear closed in shoes so I wore trainers, leggings and a tshirt. We walked quite a lot so comfortable footwear for sure. If the weather is hot right now you are in direct heat quite alot so either slap on loads of sun cream or a top with sleeves. Hope this helps, you’ll have an amazing day x
