A New Albany police incident report revealed new details from witnesses and officers about a mass shooting that ultimately killed two people and wounded four others Tuesday night at a cosmetics manufacturing and packaging facility in the city's western Licking County area.

A second victim has died in a mass shooting at a New Albany warehouse, police said Thursday. An employee at the KDC/ONE, a cosmetics and beauty products warehouse at 8800 Smith's Mill Road in far western Licking County, opened fire at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said. Two now have died, and four more were injured.

A 43-page report released by the city of New Albany includes accounts by officers and the witnesses they interviewed after the Feb. 4 shooting that killed two people and injured four others.
