Charli XCX might be joining the Greta Gerwig cinematic universe. The “Brat” singer/songwriter is reportedly being considered for a role in Gerwig’s “ Narnia ” film at Netflix.

When the rumors started to swirl that Charli XCX might star in the Narnia movie, it felt like a bold and inspired bit of casting, but I have a feeling I know why it didn’t ultimately work out.

In this sense, it's no big surprise that Gerwig and Charli XCX would work together again. However, the artist's lack of acting experience is what makes this Narnia news so intriguing.
