Davis Love III underwent successful open-heart surgery this week, according to CBS golf anchor Jim Nantz, who delivered the news on the air during Saturday’s broadcast of the Farmers Insurance Open. Nantz said he spoke to the 60-year-old Love just before he went on the air to call the final round at Torrey Pines.
