Man charged with arson in Newport, R.I., condo fire
Joseph Fragata was arrested hours after the blaze at Misty Harbor Condominiums at 26 West Narragansett Ave., Newport police said in a statement. Fragata was scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Newport County District Court on the charge of first degree arson, police said.
