A flash flood warning was issued Friday for three counties, including Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside, the National Weather Service announced. The warning was put into effect at approximately 3 p.

Los Angeles County was placed under an updated flood advisory by the National Weather Service on Friday at 4:04 p.m. The advisory is in effect until 6 p.m.
