Joel Embiid totaled 28 points and 12 rebounds in three quarters as the Philadelphia 76ers overcame an extremely early 11-point deficit and rolled to a 123-94 victory over the short-handed Brooklyn Nets on Saturday night in New York.

Analyst Reggie Miller called out the lack of fitness, answering his own question about who is to blame "He needs to be sprinting," Miller said. "Now, he's not in shape but whose fault is that? That's the player's fault. So he has to get in better shape so he can be the best version of himself. The MVP version."

The Sixers trailed 11-0 early, but they were able to respond rather quickly and led by as many as 31 on their way to the win. With that being said, the Sixers still have to grow the Paul George-Joel Embiid pairing in order for their trio to move forward.
