The Oklahoma City Thunder and Minnesota Timberwolves are the two teams left standing in the West. The Thunder and Wolves are meeting in the Western Conference finals with both franchises looking for a long-awaited NBA Finals appearance.
The Knicks are favored by 4.5 points at Madison Square Garden and are -150 to win the series. In the Western Conference, the championship-favorite Oklahoma City Thunder came alive in the second half Tuesday and rolled to a 114-88 win in Game 1 of their series with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Oklahoma City hasn’t been to the NBA Finals since 2012, when Kevin Durant, James Harden and Russell Westbrook led the way into a matchup with Miami in a series that saw LeBron James win his first championship.
