The National Hurricane Center is monitoring an area of interest that moved across Florida earlier this week into the northern Gulf.The trough of low pressure is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
An area of low pressure will likely move inland over southeastern Texas or western Louisiana this weekend, the National Hurricane Center said.
