A New York City woman is accused of killing her building’s superintendent while he attempted to collect unpaid rent from her on behalf of the landlord, authorities said.

Sandra Coto Navarro is accused of murdering her super, Jose Rene Portillo, whose body was found under a bed inside the Kew Gardens Hills home.

Officials said the super, whose body was found in garbage bags under a bed, died in part from blunt force trauma to his head.
