The Cincinnati Reds and Atlanta Braves completed their pre-game ceremonies but then entered a rain delay at Bristol Motor Speedway. The game will not start at its originally-scheduled first-pitch time of 7:15 p.m.

The MLB Speedway Classic quickly became a rainy mess Saturday night. First pitch between the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee was delayed two hours and 17 minutes by rain,

The Braves and Reds will resume on Aug. 3 at Bristol Motor Speedway in the MLB Speedway Classic after the game was rained out on Aug. 2.
