Upon arrival, firefighters and EMS personnel found a 61-year-old man in a facility paint booth, wearing a ventilator mask and not breathing. Life-saving measures were attempted but were unsuccessful. The man was pronounced dead at 12:28 p.m. On Tuesday, he was identified as Rocky Baldwin of Wichita.
