TMZ was first to confirm the death of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan on Thursday. The 71-year-old icon was found unresponsive at his Clearwater, Florida home, where first responders performed chest compressions before he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The main event ‒ Hulk Hogan vs. The Big Boss Man ‒ went to the Hulkster after breaking free from being handcuffed.
Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, rose to superstardom as the face of the national expansion of the World Wrestling Federation, now WWE. Hogan, who grew up in Tampa and lived there his whole adult life, was also a business owner in Tampa, owning Hogan's Beach Shop and Hogan's Hangout.
