The National Hurricane Center is tracking Tropical Storm Dexter, Invest 96L and system off the southeastern coast of the United States.

The National Hurricane Center is monitoring three systems in the Atlantic: Tropical Storm Dexter, and two potential disturbances in the far east Atlantic and near the southeastern United States.

"Dexter, along with developing easterly breezes around high pressure near the Northeast states, will create locally rough surf and periodic strong rip currents along the Atlantic coast beaches this week from Florida to Massachusetts," AccuWeather Lead Hurricane Expert Alex DaSilva said.
