The Ole Miss Rebels have appeared in the Gator Bowl three times in program history with a fourth coming on Jan. 2.

Ole Miss is playing in its fourth Gator Bowl, specifically. In each of those games, Ole Miss' MVP for those games inlcluded Bobby Franklin in 1958, Archie Manning in 1971 and Tyrone Ashley in 1991.
