Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Cody Ford suffered an apparent injury during training camp at Paycor Stadium, and he appears to be unavailable for the Bengals' second NFL preseason game against the Washington Commanders at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland.

Over the weekend, two Bengals offensive linemen popped up with injuries. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer’s Kelsey Conway, Cody Ford needed to work on the rehab field while Cordell Volson suffered a shoulder injury the day prior.

Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson made the trip with the team for the game Monday night against the Commanders, but did not play.

The Bengals are counting on Stone as a starter after last year’s debacle for the overall unit that resulted in coaching and player changes. Jordan Battle will get the nod next to him, though creative rotations with the likes of Dax Hill aren’t totally out of the question.
