Much like how it is named, the software is an XML converter specifically developed for Windows. Its functionalities include converting XML files from their existing format to CSV, JSON, and PDF.

Why XML and JSON? Before XML arrived, I wrote software to import data stored in an undocumented binary format. I used a debugger to identify data field types, file offsets, and lengths.
