Fires also are burning in Oconee County near Mountain Rest and Greenwood County, as well as locations to the east of the Upstate.

Duke Energy reported thousands without power on Thanksgiving Day in Greenwood County. According to the outage map, there were four active outages within the county and 4,100 customers without power.
