Amid reports that Kanye West and Bianca Censori are headed toward divorce, TMZ has spoken to sources who say the couple doesn’t have a prenup agreement in place. Last month, West claimed he had a net worth of $2.7 billion based on the valuation of his “music portfolio” and “sole ownership of the Yeezy mark.”

In Californian law, divorcing couples with no prenup generally split assets 50-50, regardless of who actually earned those assets and how long the couple were married. If Kanye West and Bianca Censori don’t have a prenup and do get a divorce, then in theory Bianca could end up with as much money as $200 million (£159 million).
