Shortly after 12:10 a.m., police were alerted of a shooting near Northwest 62nd Street and Second Avenue in Little Haiti.

June 16 (UPI) -- Two people are dead and two injured in a shooting early Monday in Miami's Little Haiti. Shortly after 12:10 a.m., Miami police were dispatched to reports of a shooting near Interstate 95 and Miami Edison Senior High School.

Two people are dead and one person is injured following a police-involved shooting in Miami Saturday morning, according to Miami police. The incident was reported near the area of Northwest 1st Court and 23rd Street. According to police, the two people died at the hospital. Police say that more than one officer discharged their weapons.
