On a Sunday in late June when the weather fluctuated from gorgeous sunshine to sharp bursts of rain, a course that took in 10 climbs of Saltburn Bank truly separated the elite from the pretenders.

This includes replacing railings on the Lower Promenade and Marine Parade and changes to bus stops and pedestrian crossing at the bottom of Saltburn Bank, the Local Democracy Reporting Service said.
