CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - The clock is ticking and a potential federal government shutdown is looming. Currently, the House approved a short-term funding bill, called a continuing resolution, which would fund the government until September. That bill is being sent over to the Senate, but Democrats are not likely to pass it.
