Starbucks customers who order on the app will hit the “Customization” button and select the “personal cup” option before continuing their order, according to the coffee chain’s website.

After pausing the policy in March 2020 due to COVID-19, personal reusable cups are finally making a comeback at all company-owned U.S. Starbucks locations.

With the announcement, Starbucks became the first coffee retailer in the U.S. to offer consumers the option of getting their drinks in their reusable cups for both mobile orders and drive-thrus.
