Stouffer's, a familiar name in frozen dinners, is moving beyond the freezer aisle with a new shelf-stable offering aimed at expanding its mac and cheese empire.

Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of Stouffer's frozen macaroni and cheese. As someone who works in a grocery store, I tend to grab one of these if I don't pack lunch.
