Patrick Dempsey is one proud father! On Friday, May 30, the actor, 59, posted a photo on Instagram of him and his wife Jilian attending their twin sons Darby and Sullivan ’s high school graduation.

Dempsey also shared that the pair have different personalities, with Darby being much more "reserved and quiet" compared to Sullivan.
