The games published under Private Division, Take-Two Interactive’s former indie label, are under new management. Bloomberg reports that the former employees of Annapurna Interactive have formed a new, as-yet-unnamed company that will take over Private Division’s games portfolio.

The former staffers of the independent video-game publisher Annapurna Interactive, who resigned abruptly last summer following an acrimonious power struggle, will be taking over the portfolio of a past rival, which will be laying off some of its employees.

Take-Two Interactive said in November 2024 that it had sold Private Division, the "high-end indie" publishing label it launched in 2017, to an undisclosed buyer, along with "substantially all of Private Division’s live and unreleased titles.
