The No. 7 Vols (17-2) face the No. 1 Tigers (17-1) and coach Bruce Pearl, who coached Tennessee from 2005-11. Pearl, of course, has turned around the Auburn basketball program since taking over in 2014.

"You're not going to get to No. 1 or No. 2 or No. 5 by one guy alone," Tennessee coach Rick Barnes said Friday in a news conference. "You can certainly have a guy who can anchor you down, but you have got to be able to withstand some of those types of situations.
