Running the app through the Command Prompt can bypass the "This App has been Blocked by your System Administrator" message. However, you need administrator privileges to execute the command.
If you receive a This app has been blocked for your protection message in Windows 11/10, fix it by using REGEDIT, GPEDIT, CMD or SmartScreen.
Click Apply.; Click OK.; Once you've completed the steps, when you get a User Account Control prompt, you'll still be able to access the desktop and other apps.
