Adam Chow, along with his 4-year-old granddaughter Astrid Fung, and Rosa Martinez Machuca were killed in what police have described as a "random attack."

A Target employee collecting carts and a man and his granddaughter were gunned down in an unprovoked attack in Austin on Monday, police say.
