MANKATO, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – 2nd-degree murder with intent charges were filed against 28-year-old Michael Miller in the stabbing death of 34-year-old Dennis Vosika. Vosika was working at a Kwik Trip in Mankato in the early morning hours of March 18th.

Dennis Vosika, 34, of Mankato, was found lying unresponsive on the floor when police officers, responding to a disturbance at the store, arrived at the Kwik Trip shortly after 3 a.m. Vosika died of multiple stab wounds at the Mankato hospital, authorities said.

A Mankato man fatally stabbed a Kwik Trip employee 43 times in an act of "blunt rage" on Tuesday, charges filed in Blue Earth County District Court allege. Michael Lee Miller, 28, is charged with 2nd-degree murder with intent but not premeditated in the killing of 34-year-old Dennis Vosika.
