Ilan Rubin’s musical star is about to rise even higher. As a member of Nine Inch Nails, in 2020 the San Diego-born drummer became the youngest musician to ever be inducted into the Roll & Roll Hall of Fame.

Notably, as Rubin joins the Foos, THR has learned that Freese will return to Nine Inch Nails, which a rep for the band has confirmed. The band subsequently shared a picture of Freese and tagged the drummer in an Instagram story, writing “let’s fucking go.” ( Freese has since commented .)
