Trick-Cycle Turbine Ltd. (TCT) is a South Dakota-based company led by inventor Reggie Huff that has created an engine design known as the Tomahawk TX Trick-Cycle Turbine engine.
He says the new gas turbine will be around 15% more fuel efficient than the M250, and the total system weight has been halved to around 200-250kg (440-550lb) through the optimised design.
