Steve Smith also brought up his fifth Test hundred at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). He now has more Test centuries than Alan Border at the iconic venue. Notably, this is Smith's second consecutive hundred in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
