Junior Bridgeman's business empire Bridgeman's post-basketball career has outshined his playing days. He built an empire with Bridgeman Foods that at one point owned over 450 restaurants.

Bridgeman Foods was started in 1988 by former NBA star Junior Bridgeman. His son, Ryan Bridgeman is now the company's president and was in Pontiac for the grand reopening.
