Leyton Orient booked a home clash with Manchester City in the FA Cup fourth round by beating Derby 6-5 on penalties after the teams had drawn 1-1 after extra-time at Brisbane Road.

Leyton Orient manager Richie Wellens declared the magic of the FA Cup was very much alive. After his team beat Derby County on penalties, Wellens can look forward to taking on Manchester City in the next round. "The players put an unbelievable effort in," said Wellens, per Manchester Evening News.

Josh Keeley was the man of the hour as Leyton Orient staged one of the biggest shocks of the Emirates FA Cup third round after dispatching Derby County on penalties. Charlie Kelman opened the scoring for Leyton Orient after 20 minutes, pouncing on a failed Rams clearance to fire past Jacob Widell Zetterström.

This is the third FA Cup meeting between Leyton Orient and Derby County – the O's won 3-0 in March 1963, before the Rams progressed 2-1 in a third round replay in 1974-75. This will be just the third meeting between Leyton Orient and Derby in the 21st century, with the Rams winning both League One games 3-0 last season.
