Pete DeBoer and his Dallas Stars are one defeat away from losing back-to-back-to-back Western Conference Finals.

When speaking to the media on Wednesday, head coach Pete DeBoer was questioned about an incident in Game 4 of the Western Conference Final against the Edmonton Oilers. The topic of conversation was when Oilers defenceman Evan Bouchard slashed the left foot of Stars forward Roope Hintz.

The Dallas Stars were run out of the building in Game 3, dropping their second straight game to the Edmonton Oilers. After taking Game 1 in dramatic style, the Stars have allowed the Oilers to do pretty much whatever they want on the ice.
