Pistons guard Jaden Ivey is out of a walking boot and has begun weight-bearing strengthening exercises, running progression activity and stationary shooting as he continues to recover from a leg injury he suffered in early January.

In just 30 games this season, Ivey showed that he could form a viable backcourt with Cade Cunningham. His outside shooting was streaky his first two seasons, but became one of his most reliable weapons this season. The Pistons, despite continuing to win, haven't been able to replicate his speed and secondary creation in the starting unit.

Two and a half months after suffering a serious leg injury, the Pistons' Jaden Ivey is making positive strides in his recovery.
