Seattle's group is receiving nearly a consensus high grade. Pro Football Focus gave the Seahawks an A, just one step down from the highest possible grade a team can receive. That began with a well-loved first-round pick of former North Dakota State guard Grey Zabel at No. 18 overall.

The Seattle Seahawks added Ole Miss EDGE Jared Ivey as an undrafted free agent after the 2025 NFL draft. Jared Ivey passes the initial eye test as he looks the part of an NFL defensive end with his impressive size. He combines that with long arms and plenty of strength to project as a quality run defender at the next level.

So Seattle opened the draft by picking offensive guard Grey Zabel 18th overall and taking safety Nick Emmanwori (35th) and tight end Elijah Arroyo (50th) in the second round. They have five picks left.
