It's nearly time for players to enter The Tomb to battle more undead on the quest for the fabled Sentinel Artifact.

To celebrate the Call of Duty Zombies community on this 115 Day, Treyarch has unveiled a new Zombies map coming to Black Ops 6 and kicked off a Double XP event.

In its latest update, Treyarch reveals more information about Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's Season 2, including new Zombies features.

Black Ops 6 developer Treyarch has announced plans to unveil a brand-new Zombies map as part of the 115 day celebrations.

“The Tomb” is coming very soon, a direct sequel to Citadelle des Morts, and continuing the BO6 Zombies storyline featuring the undead-slayers Weaver, Grey, Carver, and Maya in their overarching quest in the Dark Aether storyline.

Black Ops 6's new Zombies map is called The Tomb, which will launch with the start of Season 2 on January 28. This map's narrative follows the events of the Citadelle des Morts main quest, with the characters headed to an excavation site in search of the Sentinel Artifact. A first look at the map can be seen in the image below.

The Black Ops 6 devs provided details about a few Season 2 quality-of-life changes, like challenge tracking and co-op pausing.

Treyarch has kicked off the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 115 Day celebrations, bringing a deluge of rewards and exciting updates for players. From now on until January 21 at 10 a.m. PT, you will be treated to a mystery box event full of surprises and double rewards across categories.

The Tomb is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, January 28, the same day Season 2 arrives for Black Ops 6 and Warzone. More details will be revealed in the days leading up to the map's release, and this could include the map's cinematic intro.
